Where does James and Jess' House of Goods ship to?
We ship to all 50 States and to most countries around the world! 

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and transit delivery times vary by your location. Orders are shipped in the order they are received throughout the work week.

Buyer Shipping & Receiving Responsibility
Once your order has left our shop and is scanned by the shipping service, James and Jess' House of Goods is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, misdelivered, or damaged packages. Though, we will do our best to assist you if a claim needs to be filed for missing or damage that has occurred during shipping. It is Buyer's responsibility to provide correct shipping address when making a purchase. We will not ship to an alternate address after your order has been placed. 

Import Taxes & VAT for International
Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout, and the customer doesn't have to pay them upon delivery.

How do I track my order?
Domestic orders are shipped through the UPS, USPS, or FedEx and tracking information is provided when your order has been fulfilled.  International orders are shipped through DHL Express. You can track your package by going to the shipping service website and entering the tracking number provided.

In-Store Pick-Up

When can I pick-up in store?
James and Jess' House of Goods brick-and-mortar shop is open Monday-Friday 12-5pm and Saturday 10-5pm.

How long will you hold my paid for merchandise?
Merchandise must be picked up by the close of the business week, Saturday at 5pm, unless prior arrangements have been made. For large orders (such as furniture) is not picked up by the close of the business week or agreed upon arrangement, a storage fee of $2.00 per day will be assessed.  

*Please note, customers are to bring help to move and load furniture upon pick up.*
